1. Who we are

Little Explorers Club creates printable, digital activity books and educational worksheets for children ages 4–7. We are an independent digital publisher; we are not affiliated with any school, curriculum board, or government education authority.

2. Description of products

All products sold on this site are digital, downloadable PDF files delivered electronically — there is no physical shipment. Products are delivered instantly after payment is confirmed, via our payment processor, Hotmart.

3. Intellectual property

All content in our products — including but not limited to text, illustrations, characters, layouts, and design — is the exclusive property of Little Explorers Club and is protected by copyright law. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that content to you.

4. License to use

When you purchase a product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download and print the PDF for personal, household, or single-classroom use.
• Make copies for the children in your immediate care (e.g., your own children, or the students in one classroom you teach).

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, rent, lease, or share the PDF or printed copies with anyone outside your household/classroom.
• Upload the files to any public website, cloud-sharing folder, marketplace, or social media platform.
• Modify, rebrand, or claim the content as your own.
• Use the content for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission.

Violation of this section may result in legal action.

5. Payment and pricing

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payments are one-time and processed securely by Hotmart, our authorized payment processor. We do not directly collect or store your card details. We do not offer subscriptions or recurring billing for these products.

6. Refund policy

We offer a refund window as stated on the product's sales page at the time of purchase (typically up to 15 days). Refund requests are handled through Hotmart's refund system. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are provided at our discretion for legitimate cases (e.g., technical issues, accidental duplicate purchase, or dissatisfaction within the window).

7. User conduct

You agree to use our site and products lawfully and not to: attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with the site's normal operation; or use our products in any way that infringes on the rights of others.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Our products are provided "as is." While we make every effort to ensure our content is accurate, engaging, and error-free, we make no guarantees about specific educational outcomes for any individual child. Learning results vary by child.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Explorers Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.

10. Third-party services

Our checkout and payment processing is handled by Hotmart, a third-party platform with its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for Hotmart's systems, uptime, or data handling beyond what is disclosed in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Little Explorers Club operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
